About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and highly operational Head of Delivery to lead Tribe’s delivery organization and ensure the success of our projects and customers.

As Head of Delivery, you will own the “product of delivery” — building the systems, processes, and culture that ensure every Tribe engagement runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations for quality and impact.

This is a senior operational role requiring proven experience managing complex, technical project implementations and deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. You’ll combine that foundation with a curiosity and passion for AI and product development, leading Tribe’s delivery excellence as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the product of delivery: Design and optimize the processes, systems, and tools that enable Tribe to deliver complex software and AI projects at scale.
• Drive operational excellence: Implement frameworks for quality, performance, and profitability, ensuring delivery is predictable, efficient, and customer-obsessed.
• Champion enterprise success: Partner with senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 organizations to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Lead and develop the delivery function: Manage and grow a team of delivery leads and operators; foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maintain seamless handoffs and ensure delivery outcomes match customer objectives.
• Establish best practices: Create repeatable models for project execution, measurement, and feedback that support both speed and quality.
• Oversee delivery performance: Track and analyze project metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization across the portfolio.
   

About You:

• 8+ years of experience leading delivery, operations, or customer success functions in a technical or consulting environment.
• Proven success managing complex software or technical project implementations across large enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience driving delivery excellence in cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Strong operational discipline and systems mindset — you know how to bring structure to complexity and build scalable processes.
• Curiosity and passion for AI and product development, with an eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance customer outcomes, delivery quality, and business performance.
• Experience leading distributed or hybrid teams, including contractor or network-based talent models.
